The use of the Portal confers the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, individually, the "User", and jointly, the "Users") and implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions included in the present document in force at this address.
What is regulated by means of the present text is applicable both to this Internet Portal and to the social networks owned by the Company.
Access to the Portal is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the Users. The Portal has a restricted area for the exclusive use of registered customers.
Access to the Web and the use of the same is the responsibility of the user. Therefore, the User declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity necessary for the contracting and purchase of our Products, as well as guarantees that all the data on his identity and legitimacy provided to the Company in its registration forms on the Web are true, accurate and complete. In the event that this condition is not fulfilled, the person responsible will be the one who is in accordance with the Law, or in any case, the parents or guardians who are in charge of them.
In this sense, in order to be a User, the following requirements must be met:

The User is informed and accepts that access to the Portal does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a business relationship with the Company. In this way, the User undertakes to use the Portal, its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith and public order.
The Company, as responsible for the Portal, assumes the commitment to process the information of its Users with full guarantees and to comply with the national and European requirements that regulate the processing and use of the personal data of its Users.
This Portal, therefore, strictly complies with The Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, the "LOPD"), and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, the "GDPR").
2. Intellectual and industrial property

Access to the Website does not imply any kind of waiver, transmission, license or total or partial transfer of such rights by the Company, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Likewise, the Company reserves the right to modify or suspend the available pages, the Website, or to temporarily or permanently delete the data it has offered, at any time, without prior notice and without any liability to Users. In this way, you accept that the Company has no responsibility for the deletion of information, failures in its storage, inaccuracy of the contents and other circumstances relating to the information on its Website.

Introduction of links to the Portal
The User who would like to introduce links from his own Web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, without the ignorance of them avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law.
The link will only link to the home page of the Portal, but may not reproduce it in any way (online links, copy of texts, graphics, etc.). In the event that the User considers that there is a page that provides a link to the Portal with illegal or inappropriate content, he/she may inform the Company, and in these cases the Company will proceed to make the appropriate inquiries, in order to carry out the appropriate actions.
In no case shall the existence of a link to the Portal presuppose the existence of agreements with those responsible for or owners of the page that provides such link, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of the Company with the statements, content or services provided. The Company does not know the contents and services of such pages, and therefore is not liable for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and/or services provided therein, or for any other damage.
4. Exclusion of liability
Quality of service
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of the Company to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is up to the User, in any case, the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
Availability of the Service
Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks, whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation does not correspond to the Company. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become totally or partially inaccessible, definitively or temporarily, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.
The Company shall not be liable for damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during the provision of the same or prior thereto.
Of the contents and services linked through the Portal
The Portal provides links to other websites and content owned by third parties such as content from other websites. Hereinafter, "Linked Sites".

In no case shall the existence of Linked Sites presuppose the existence of agreements with those responsible or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of the Company with the statements, content or services provided.
The Company is not aware of the contents and services of the Linked Sites, since they are constantly updated and modified, and therefore shall not be liable for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdatedness, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to the Company.
By way of example but not limitation, the Company does not grant any warranty and shall not be liable, in any case, for damages of any kind that may be caused by:

- The provider shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages that may arise from the illegal or improper use of this website.
Limitation of general liability
The User explicitly understands and agrees that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, extraordinary or incidental damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been notified of the possibility of such losses), as a result of:

Duration and termination
The provision of the service of this Web Site and the other services have in principle an indefinite duration. However, the Company may terminate or suspend any of the services of the Portal. Whenever possible, the Company will announce the termination or suspension of the provision of a particular service.
Representations and Warranties
In general, the contents and services offered on the Portal are for information purposes only. Consequently, by offering them, the Company makes no warranty or representation regarding the contents and services offered on the Portal, including, but not limited to, warranties of legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, accuracy, or merchantability, except to the extent that such representations and warranties cannot be excluded by law.
The Company shall not be liable in any case of impossibility to provide service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunication lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or acts of God.
