This agreement describes the general terms and conditions applicable to the shipment and return of products offered through our Internet portal or social networks (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Portal", "Web", or "Website") (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), owned by the following company:

The use of the Portal confers the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, individually, the "User", and jointly, the "Users") and implies the acceptance of all the terms and conditions included in the present document in force at this address.

Shipping

The Company ships throughout Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) by means of transport agencies.

Shipping is free for all orders over 50€. In case of not exceeding this amount, the standard shipping price will be 6€ (+V.A.T.) for all Spain.

Delivery of the product

The Company undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the User in the order form, provided that it is located within the national territory (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands). In order to optimise delivery, we would be grateful if the User could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours, i.e. between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Delivery time

The maximum delivery time is 3 days, although the Company's usual delivery time for an order placed is between 2 to 3 working days.

These deadlines are only an estimate and not a guarantee of compliance. It is therefore possible that delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In the event of delays in deliveries, the Company shall inform the User of this situation as soon as it becomes aware of it, without this giving rise to or generating compensation in favour of the User.

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment in which the transport company places the product at the disposal of the User at the address indicated by the latter at the time of purchase, which is materialised through the control system used by the contracted transport company.

Delivery Data

In the same e-mail informing the User that the product has left the Company's warehouses, the shipment number for tracking purposes and the customer service number of the transport company responsible for the delivery are provided, so that, in the event of any incident arising during delivery, the User can contact the company to resolve it.

Deliveries not made

If the User is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. The Company contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of three delivery attempts, in order to ensure that the delivery takes place.

If after 4 (four) working days following the dispatch of the order, the delivery of the order has not been arranged, the User shall contact the Company. If the User does not do so within 10 (ten) working days after the order has been dispatched, the order shall be returned to the Company's warehouse and the User shall bear the costs of shipping and returning the goods to the warehouse.

Missing

If the reason for non-delivery is that the product has been lost, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response time of our carriers is usually between 2 and 3 weeks.

Diligence in delivery

The User, under his own exclusive responsibility, must check the good condition of the product with the carrier who, on behalf of the Company, delivers the product(s) requested, indicating on the delivery receipt any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging of the product(s). If, once the product has been checked, the User detects any incident such as signs of having been opened or any damage caused to the product by the shipment, he/she undertakes to notify the Company by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds and returns

Due to the special characteristics of our product, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, it is your responsibility to understand the characteristics before purchasing.

Please read the description carefully before purchase. Exceptions to this rule are only made when the product is defective or arrives in poor condition for a reason attributable to the Company. There are some products that may have a warranty and the possibility of a refund, but this will be specified at the time of purchase and the warranty will be made through the official service of the product offered. In such cases the warranty will only cover manufacturing faults and will only be effective when the product has been used correctly.

The warranty does not cover malfunctions or damage caused by improper use. The terms of the warranty are associated with manufacturing faults and operation under normal conditions of the products and these terms will only be effective if the equipment has been used correctly.

The Company shall not be liable for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not exist, or does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
