Prices

The price of the Product is reflected on the Website. Value Added Tax must be added to the prices shown in the product file, as well as any other additional tax that may be applicable, which will be reflected in the amount at the end of the purchase process. However, the price does not include the costs corresponding to the shipment of the Products, which shall be paid in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

The Company may modify the prices of the Products at any time. However, this modification shall not apply to orders already placed. The price indicated on the Website shall always be the price applicable to the Product, unless there is a manifest error.

Payment of the price of the Products

The User is obliged to pay the total price of the Products purchased at the time of placing the order in question. The initial price shown on the Website for each of the Products offered shall be increased by the fees corresponding to any shipping costs that may be incurred. In any case, these fees will be communicated to the User before formalising the purchase.

The User may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and/or other similar cards), or by debit to his/her bank account. The card used to make the payment must be issued by a bank authorised to operate as such in Spain.

The amount of the purchases will be debited from the User's bank account once confirmation of authorisation has been received from the bank payment centres. In the event of a refusal by the bank, the order will be automatically cancelled. In the event that the purchase has actually been made by the User who requests the cancellation of the debit, the User will be required to compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and viewable on the Website.

Visa, Master Card, American Express and/or other similar cards have developed their own system for secure online payments, in compliance with the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 19/2018, of 23 November, on payment services and other urgent financial measures, and Directive 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market and amending Directives 2002/65/EC, 2009/110/EC and 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 and repealing Directive 2007/64/EC, by virtue of which the bank in question identifies the User before authorising payment of the price to the Company.

The User must notify the Company, by sending an email to [email protected], of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases on the Website, as soon as possible so that the Company can take the appropriate steps.

The User may also pay the price of the Product by SEPA mandate or SEPA direct debit.
